What to Expect

Avaya IP Office Installations

 

  • You will need to complete and return our customer information form so that we can set up your account.
  • We will order the equipment and schedule your installation.  Depending on the size and complexity of the installation this could be anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
  • You will need to designate a project coordinator from your team to work with our project manager to finalize system and user configurations.
  • On installation day we try to minimize downtime as much as possible, but expect an outage period as we move services from one system to the new IP Office.
  • We will then train your users on how to use their new handsets in groups of 10.
  • Once the system is accepted a final invoice will be generated and you will be able to contact support@alliedphone.com for any future moves, additions, and changes.

Hosted PBX Installations

 

  • We provide you with your initial invoice, once that is paid we order all equipment.
  • You will need to complete our Data Collection form to confirm your system programming.
  • You will need to designate a project coordinator from your team to work with our project manager to finalize system and user configurations.
  • We will need you to complete a credit card authorization to set up automated monthly payments.
  • Please send over all pages of your most recent bills for any telephone numbers we will be porting. Along with a list of phone numbers that will be ported to your new service.
  • Once bill(s) are received we will be sending you over letters of authorization to bring your numbers over from your existing carrier, that will need to be signed and sent back.
  • When LOAs are received we will request a port date.
  • After port date is received installation will be scheduled.

Carrier Voice, Internet, Connectivity

 

  • Invoices will come directly from the carrier of choice.
  • You will need to complete our Data Collection form to confirm your service requirements.
  • You will need to designate a project coordinator from your team to work with our project manager to finalize all required carrier paperwork.
  • Please send over all pages of your most recent bills for any telephone numbers we will be porting. Along with a list of phone numbers that will be ported to your new service.
  • Once bill(s) are received we will be sending you over letters of authorization to bring your numbers over from your existing carrier, that will need to be signed and sent back.
  • When LOAs are received we will request a port date.
  • After port date is received installation will be scheduled.
