Project Summary
We began this relationship by managing their network and through a consultative approach, we were able to conduct an audit on their bills to see where they can save or cut costs completely.
Avaya IP office was installed to connect their 2 buildings with the ability to expand and add resident room phones. SIP Trunking added a flexible DR solution. We upgraded wiring and added fiber to connectivity from all IDF’s to increase performance and improve their experience. The WiFi infrastructure was upgraded to improve connectivity throughout the building to enable the nurses to utilize WiFi phones, increasing mobility.
SIP Trunks and an extensive audit helped successfully lighten their costs by nearly 50%, even with the new equipment and upgraded IT infrastructure.
