Our Contributions
As one of the largest providers of UC/CC systems to the gaming hospitality industry, we partnered with Caesars Entertainment and UNLV to install our private cloud solution (APCS) at BlackFire Innovation.
APCS was donated on behalf of Allied Communications as our way of solidifying our commitment to helping drive innovation & collaboration.
By installing Avaya Vantage in the two mock guest rooms, a unique QR code can be scanned that allows guests the convenience of booking appointments, speaking directly to staff members, or even submitting their own service tickets. All on-the-go and from the convenience of anywhere on the property.
