The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is responsible for establishing a trusted business relationship with customers, prospects, and suspects within his/her assigned territory. The OSR will qualify, propose, and manage opportunities to successful close.
The OSR will be the primary point of contact for the customer, and acts as a conduit for any and all information relating to our offerings.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be a self-starter, have good technical skills (A working knowledge of how to use technology including CRM systems, Email and Microsoft Office is required), people skills, be a strong communicator, and possess problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Previous voice and data sales services preferred, but not required.
